采用质性研究法，通过实地调研及对资料的整理分析，综合研究了足球、篮球、排球、网球、羽毛球、乒乓球、橄榄球等各级各类球赛对我国大学生球迷个性化和社会化认知发展的积极影响。研究表明：观看球赛，可调节大学生球迷的不良情绪，培养意志品质，提升创新意识，增强道德观念，获得主观的幸福感；可培养合作精神，形成正确的体育价值观，增强群体心理，提高社会交往能力，胜任社会角色。

This paper is a comprehensive study on the positive impact of ball games, including football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, table tennis and rugby, on Chinese college student fans＇ personalization and social cognitive development, with the methods of qualitative research, spot investigation and collection and analysis of relevant data. Research shows that by watching ball games, the fans could adjust negative emotions, cultivate good will quality, enhance awareness of innovation, and increase the morality and positive emotion ; it significantly contributes to the spirit of team cooperation, formation of correct values of sport, enhancement of community sense and improvement of social interaction.
