随着我国教育改革的不断深入,对远程教育教师专业化的要求越来越高,迫切需要不断提高教师的专业化水平。对远程教育教师专业发展的研究不但可以帮助我们设计、规划专业发展的内容和方法,而且亦可以找出远程教育环境下教师专业发展存在的问题及方向,从而提升远程教育教师适应远程教育发展的需求。
隨著我國教育改革的不斷深入,對遠程教育教師專業化的要求越來越高,迫切需要不斷提高教師的專業化水平。對遠程教育教師專業髮展的研究不但可以幫助我們設計、規劃專業髮展的內容和方法,而且亦可以找齣遠程教育環境下教師專業髮展存在的問題及方嚮,從而提升遠程教育教師適應遠程教育髮展的需求。

With the deepening of education reform in our country, the prolesslonal requirements to ols- tance education teachers are becoming increasingly high. Teachers" professional level is urgently needed to improve. The study of professional development for distance education teachers can not only help to design and plan the content and methods of professional development, but also can find out the problems and di- rection of teachers~ professional development in distance education environment, so as to improve the teachers~ competence of adapting to the needs of the development of distance education.
