师范生实践能力培养模式改革是教师教育改革的重要内容之一。“三S”模式是在“教学做合一”理论和主体教育论基础上提出的,对革除传统师范生实践教学的弊端,提高师范生实践能力具有积极的意义。有效的师范生实践能力培养模式的构建,必须从课程资源、师资队伍、实训平台和考核激励机制等方面的建设入手,遵循知行合一、个性化、全面性、分级递进等原则。
師範生實踐能力培養模式改革是教師教育改革的重要內容之一。“三S”模式是在“教學做閤一”理論和主體教育論基礎上提齣的,對革除傳統師範生實踐教學的弊耑,提高師範生實踐能力具有積極的意義。有效的師範生實踐能力培養模式的構建,必鬚從課程資源、師資隊伍、實訓平檯和攷覈激勵機製等方麵的建設入手,遵循知行閤一、箇性化、全麵性、分級遞進等原則。

The reform of normal students practical skills training mode is an important part of teacher education reform. Based on the theory of "combination of teaching, learning and doing" and the subject education theory, "3S" mode was put forward, which had the positive significance on getting rid of disadvantages of traditional normal education and improving students practical ability. The effective practical ability training mode construction of normal students should be built from the aspects of the curriculum resources, teachers, training platform and incentive mechanism. And it should follow the principles of unity, individualization, comprehensiveness, grading and graduality.
