在我国高等教育已转入以内涵建设为主的阶段，校园文化在高校“文化化人”的过程中起着越来越重要的作用。本文从办学理念、价值取向、意识形态以及行为规范等四个维度对新疆高校校园文化建设进行剖析，其存在的问题主要有：学生对学校的文化内涵及发展历史了解不足；校园文化活动收效甚微；社团组织活动单一化、同质化；师生间缺乏交流；人生观、世界观、价值观存在一定的偏差；民族意识相对较强，政治意识相对较弱等。因而应通过挖掘学校特色，铸造校园精神和行为文化，并通过充分借助对口支援等举措，构建新疆特色校园文化。

Higher education in China has been transferred to connotation construction stage, and the campus culture is playing an increasingly important role in the process of the ＂cultural turn＂. This paper, from such four dimensions as the concept, value orientation, ideology and code of conduct analyzes campus culture construction of universities in Xinjiang, and finds the fol- lowing major problems： the students knew little about culture connotation and development history of the school; campus cultural activities had little effect; community organization activities are simplified and homogenized; teachers and students lack communi- cations; the outlook on life, world outlook, the values are of certain deviation; national consciousness is relatively strong, political consciousness is relatively weak, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to explore school features, cast campus spirit and behavior culture; and set up campus culture characteristic of Xinjiang with the help of pairing assistance.
