尽管《钦定宪法大纲》在立宪理念、立宪过程、文本结构等方面都与《明治宪法》存在着巨大的相似性,但二者的命运却迥然不同,其原因由《钦定宪法大纲》和《明治宪法》在制定时中日两国在政治、经济、外交环境,乃至族群关系等具体因素上的差异所导致。
儘管《欽定憲法大綱》在立憲理唸、立憲過程、文本結構等方麵都與《明治憲法》存在著巨大的相似性,但二者的命運卻迥然不同,其原因由《欽定憲法大綱》和《明治憲法》在製定時中日兩國在政治、經濟、外交環境,迺至族群關繫等具體因素上的差異所導緻。
진관《흠정헌법대강》재립헌이념、립헌과정、문본결구등방면도여《명치헌법》존재착거대적상사성,단이자적명운각형연불동,기원인유《흠정헌법대강》화《명치헌법》재제정시중일량국재정치、경제、외교배경,내지족군관계등구체인소상적차이소도치。
Despite the fact that the Outline of Imperial Constitution and the Meiji Constitution appeared to be remark- ably similar in many aspects such as their constitutional theories employed, the framing processes of constitution, and the text structures, however, their fates were utterly different attributable to the differences between the two nations in political, economic and diplomatic situations and even ethnic relations when the two constitutional texts were drafted.
