采用文献资料、案例分析等研究方法，就服务外包在场馆经营管理中的应用问题进行研究。认为：服务外包在场馆经营管理中的应用可分为内部管理服务外包和业务运作服务外包；应从其服务质量、价格、服务能力和信誉及表现等方面选择服务外包供应商，注重对供应商服务质量的管理评估；应注意服务外包的决策、外包服务标准与要求等问题。提出积极推进场馆服务外包、逐步推进场馆业务运作外包等建议。

The paper uses literature review and case study to discuss the practice of service outsourcing in the management of sport facilities. It holds that there are 2 types of service outsourcing, i. e. , internal management and business operation. Secondly, suppliers should be chosen from the service quality, price, and service capability. Furthermore, the management evaluation to the service quality of suppliers should also be taken into consideration. Thirdly, such issues as the decision as well as the standard of service outsourcing should be paid attention to. The study suggests promoting actively management service outsourcing of sport facilities and promoting gradually business operation outsourcing of sport facilities on the other.
