思想政治教育品牌培育是当前高校思想政治教育创新发展的一种新尝试、新趋势，亦是思想政治教育观念转变、方式转型的一条可选路径。从西南交通大学辅导员队伍建设“磐石计划”品牌培育实践可知：（1）高校思想政治教育品牌培育实践过程中应将品牌定位、品牌规划、品牌创建、品牌文化四个方面密切结合起来，注重打造思想政治教育“名牌”；（2）要加强思想政治教育品牌培育研究，以确保思想政治教育品牌培育健康发展。
思想政治教育品牌培育是噹前高校思想政治教育創新髮展的一種新嘗試、新趨勢，亦是思想政治教育觀唸轉變、方式轉型的一條可選路徑。從西南交通大學輔導員隊伍建設“磐石計劃”品牌培育實踐可知：（1）高校思想政治教育品牌培育實踐過程中應將品牌定位、品牌規劃、品牌創建、品牌文化四箇方麵密切結閤起來，註重打造思想政治教育“名牌”；（2）要加彊思想政治教育品牌培育研究，以確保思想政治教育品牌培育健康髮展。
사상정치교육품패배육시당전고교사상정치교육창신발전적일충신상시、신추세，역시사상정치교육관념전변、방식전형적일조가선로경。종서남교통대학보도원대오건설“반석계화”품패배육실천가지：（1）고교사상정치교육품패배육실천과정중응장품패정위、품패규화、품패창건、품패문화사개방면밀절결합기래，주중타조사상정치교육“명패”；（2）요가강사상정치교육품패배육연구，이학보사상정치교육품패배육건강발전。
The brand building of ideological and political education is a new trend and endeavor of the current ideological and political education innovation in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, it is also one optional way to change the ideas and patterns of ideological and political education. Based on the implementation of ＂Rock Project＂ to develop the counselor team in Southwest Jiaotong University, the paper expounds that the brand building of collegiate ideological and political education is supposed to establish the brand, make the brand planning, create the brand and shape the brand culture in the process. The universities need to pay attention to the creation of the ＂famous brand＂ of ideological and political education, and strengthen the research on the brand building so as to ensure its sound development.
