目的:探讨运动性免疫失衡对早期B细胞发育及调节体系的影响。方法:SPF级雄性SD大鼠128只,随机分成绝对安静组(AC)组,运动前安静组(A)、运动后即刻组(J)、运动后3H组(3H),进行6周递增负荷跑台运动,分别在第0、2、4、6周用四色流式细胞术检测大鼠早期immatureB、matureB细胞群数量及凋亡情况。结果:O周:各组间immatureB、matureB细胞群数量及凋亡情况均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);2周,与A组相比,J组immatureB、matureB数均呈显著性下降(P〈0.05),3H组均显著性上升(P〈0.05),而J组immatureB细胞凋亡率呈显著性上升(P〈0.05),matureB细胞凋亡率则呈显著性下降(P〈0.05);4周:immatureB细胞数在J组呈显著性下降(P〈0.05),而matureB细胞数在3H组呈显著性上升(P〈0.05),J组immatureB细胞凋亡率呈显著性上升(P〈0.05);6周:J组仅matureB细胞数呈显著性下降(P〈0.05),仅immatureB细胞凋亡率J组呈显著性上升(P〈0.05)。结论:1)提示六周递增负荷运动中,机体根据运动需要,通过改变凋亡率,进而促成早期发育中B细胞的数量百分比的改变,以求尽可能维持免疫稳态,缓解运动性免疫失衡;2)联系前期对ProB,PreB细胞数量及凋亡率的影响,本研究提示随训练时间的延长,运动负荷的增强,运动应激对matureB凋亡率的影响却是渐趋减弱的;3)结合前期研究成果,提示6周递增负荷运动可能通过代偿机制促使存活的PreB细胞更多的分化成为matureB淋巴细胞,以适应机体大量耗能的需要。

목적:탐토운동성면역실형대조기B세포발육급조절체계적영향。방법:SPF급웅성SD대서128지,수궤분성절대안정조(AC)조,운동전안정조(A)、운동후즉각조(J)、운동후3H조(3H),진행6주체증부하포태운동,분별재제0、2、4、6주용사색류식세포술검측대서조기immatureB、matureB세포군수량급조망정황。결과:O주:각조간immatureB、matureB세포군수량급조망정황균무현저성차이(P〉0.05);2주,여A조상비,J조immatureB、matureB수균정현저성하강(P〈0.05),3H조균현저성상승(P〈0.05),이J조immatureB세포조망솔정현저성상승(P〈0.05),matureB세포조망솔칙정현저성하강(P〈0.05);4주:immatureB세포수재J조정현저성하강(P〈0.05),이matureB세포수재3H조정현저성상승(P〈0.05),J조immatureB세포조망솔정현저성상승(P〈0.05);6주:J조부matureB세포수정현저성하강(P〈0.05),부immatureB세포조망솔J조정현저성상승(P〈0.05)。결론:1)제시륙주체증부하운동중,궤체근거운동수요,통과개변조망솔,진이촉성조기발육중B세포적수량백분비적개변,이구진가능유지면역은태,완해운동성면역실형;2)련계전기대ProB,PreB세포수량급조망솔적영향,본연구제시수훈련시간적연장,운동부하적증강,운동응격대matureB조망솔적영향각시점추감약적;3)결합전기연구성과,제시6주체증부하운동가능통과대상궤제촉사존활적PreB세포경다적분화성위matureB림파세포,이괄응궤체대량모능적수요。
Objective : The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of exercise - induced immune imbalance on the development and regulation system of early precursor B lymphocytes in rats. Meth- ods:128 Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly assigned to groups of absolute control(AC), control (A) , immediateness (J) and 3 hours after exercises ( 3 H), respectively. The percentage and apop- tosis of immature B, mature B cell were measured by flow cytometry at the end of 0 week, 2nd,4th and 6th week. Results:WK 0:The percentage of immature B and mature B cell had no significant changes at WK0 (J),WK0 (3H) co with WK0 (A). WK 2:The percentage of immature B and mature B cells at WK2 (J) had shown a significant decrease ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with WK2 (A)group. The apoptosis rate of immature B cells and mature B cells at WK2 (J) showed a significant in- crease ( P 〈 0.05 ) and decrease ( P 〈 0.05 ), respectively. WK 4 : The percentage of immature B at WK4 (J) significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with WK4 (A) group. The percentage of ma- ture B at WK 4 ( 3 H) and the apoptosis rate of immature B cells at WK4 (J) significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). WK6 : The percentage of mature B at WK6 (J) significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with WK6(A) group. The apoptosis rate of immature B cells at WK6(J) were significant- ly increased ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion : 1 ) It suggested that immature B and mature B cell mass changed by increasing the apoptosis rate according to exercise intensity to maintain immune homeo- stasis as much as possible to ease the exercise- induced immune imbalance;2)As training time in- creases, the effects of incremental exercise showed gradually weakened effect on the apoptosis rate of mature B cells ;3 )Combined with the preliminary research, it is supposed that long -term exercise induced compensatory mechanisms to promote more surviving Pre B cells to differentiate to mature B lymphocytes, and to adapt to the needs of the body to mobilize more energy.
