海外投资壁垒是＂十二五＂期间我国实施更加积极主动的对外开放战略、推动对外直接投资面临的关键问题。本文在分析我国企业遭遇海外投资壁垒现状的基础上,构建了一个东道国与海外企业的利益博弈分析框架,讨论了投资壁垒产生的原因以及海外企业通过利益再分配来有效应对东道国投资壁垒的可行性。最后,结合博弈模型,分析了我国企业频频遭遇海外投资壁垒的原因,提出了我国企业应对海外投资壁垒的政策建议。

Overseas investment barriers is the key problem that the China＇ s new opening-up strategy and the promotion of outword investement facing during the ＂12th Five-Year＂. In this paper, we build a Host country and overseas enter- prises game analysis model to analyze reasons of the appearance of investment barriers and the feasibility that dealing with investment barriers by redistribution of the benefits between the Host country and overseas enterprises, based on the analysis of the investment barries that Chinese enterprises are facing.Finally, through the analysis of the reasons on why Chines enterprises always meet over- seas investement barriers, we give suggestions on how to deal with overseas in- vestment barriers.
