通过对东北地区对外贸易的就业效应进行了实证分析,结果表明：首先,在总体层面,东北地区对外贸易的就业效应并不显著;其次,相比于第一、二产业,区域内第三产业仍有吸纳劳动力的空间,并将成为劳动力的主要流向目标;最后,地缘因素是导致各省对外贸易就业效应差异的主要因素。在实证分析的基础上,结合东北地区实际情况,笔者进一步提出了提高区域出口贸易的就业创造效应,以及降低区域进口贸易的就业转移效应的相关政策建议。

This paper uses the data of China＇s Northeast provinces to analyze the impact of foreign trade on the employment.The results show that the overall effect of foreign trade on the employment in this area is insignificant.Compared with the first and the second industry,the third industry still has the ability to absorb more labor.Therefore,the workforce tends to flow to the third industry.Furthermore,geopolitical factors are main factors that explain differences of foreign trade effect on employment among Northeast provinces.On the basis of empirical analyses and considering the specific situation in Northeast area,this study suggests ways to create more employment opportunities through foreign trade and provide strategy analysis on how to decrease the employment shift effect caused by the regional import trade.
