安藤昌益是用＂气行论＂来解释人与自然的关系的。他认为,气有进退之大小、阴阳之大小、以及厚薄、老若的差异。基于气的运行之不同,首先产生了国与国之间自然环境的差异,其次基于自然环境的不同而出现了不同国民的差别与优劣。可以说,昌益的国家民族观里含有差别歧视性,并且显著地表现为作为日本与日本人的优越性。昌益的地理观与他的国家民族观及其历史观是紧密相连的。在他看来,日本优越的地理位置决定了日本国民的优越性和日本的神圣性（神国史观）,他的这种观念,在当时具有一定的普遍性。而这种普遍性的思想,很可能仍深藏于现代日本人的意识中,从而影响着现在日本人的思想与行动,这些对于我们理解当前日本的外交政策及外交思想有所裨益。

Andou Shyoueki explained the relationship between human and nature by using the theory of Qi＇s movement.He believed that Qi is various in its extent of advance and retreat,senescence of Yinyang,thickness and degree of maturity.The first result coming out from Qi＇s diverse movement is the diversity of natural environment appearing in different countries,and then the various superiority and inferiority of those peoples caused by this diversity.What could be seen is that Shyoueki＇s view on nation and ethnic contains disparity and discrimination,which were remarkably demonstrated as the superiority of Japan and Japanese people.Shyoueki＇s perspective of geography was closely linked to his thought about nation and ethnic and that of history.From his point of view,the outstanding geographic location of Japan determines Japanese people＇s significance and the sanctity of this country（known as the historical viewpoint of mythical state）.This opinion possessed an evident universality at the time and may be still hiding deeply in modern Japanese people＇s consciousness,which might somehow impact on their thoughts and actions.Therefore,this article could be beneficial to the understanding of Japanese foreign policy and Japanese people＇s attitude toward communications with relevant countries.
