高校是中国科研的主力军，也是参与中欧科技合作最活跃的一部分。为了更好地推进高校参与中欧科技合作，本文分析了高校参与中欧科技合作的现状和存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了相应的建议以提高未来的合作效率。

As one of the main forces of scientific research in China, university plays the most active role in the scientific and technological cooperation between China and European Union. To better understand and promote the cooperation between them, this research fully analyses the development status of the cooperation and the existing problems. There are three main problems existing in the corporation at the present stage. The first one is the lack of efficient whole process management. And the rest of them can be summarized into the problems that the external and internal support systems are insufficient. And then some suggestions and countermeasures for the future cooperation are discussed.
