在全球经济危机持续的大背景下，2012年东南亚经济仍然保持快速增长，比全球平均水平的3．3％高出2个百分点。推动东南亚经济增长的主要因素是内外投资增多、消费需求扩张、经济转型加速。展望2013年，东南亚经济增长动力未有大的改变，仍会保持稳中微升趋势。中国对东南亚经济发展的影响也日渐增大，中国与东盟贸易额创下新高，投资合作增加。双方合作互利共赢，合作的潜力仍然很大。

In 2012, Southeast Asian economy still continuously increases in the background of global eco- nomic crisis deepening, and is 2% higher than the world＇ s average level of 3.3%. The main factors that Pushed Southeast Asian economic growth include inside and outside increasing investment, expanded consumption, acceleration of economy transformation. The prospect of Southeast Asian economy in 2013 will still keep steady and medium tiny rising trend because the power of Southeast Asian economic growth have not much change. Meanwhile China gradually have greater influence on Southeast Asian economic development, Trade volume between China and ASEAN reach a new high level, investment cooperation increase. Both sides＇ cooperation will be a beneficial and win-win relationship, and cooperation in all fields still have great potential.
