风化是土建筑遗址最为常见和影响严重的病害之一,目前关于土遗址风化耐久性研究多为室内、现场模拟试验。为了探求PS材料(高模数的硅酸钾溶液)加固土遗址的实际风化耐久性效果,在新疆米兰遗址现场进行了实体试验。使用模数为3.7浓度为3%、5%、7%的PS溶液对试验区进行加固,然后利用扫描电镜分析其微观结构,利用红外热成像仪测量温度敏感性,并进行现场风蚀和雨蚀试验。试验表明,PS材料可有效提高土建筑遗址表面抗风化能力。

Weathering is one of the most familiar and serious forms of deterioration in ancient earthen structures. As far as the weathering durability of ancient earthen structures is concerned, most previous researches focus more on laboratory tests than on field simulative tests. In order to find out the actual effect of PS material in enhancing the durability of ancient earthen structures, the test area was treated with PS material of 3%, 5%, and 7%, and laboratory tests on the microstructure and temperature sensitivity as well as field tests on the temperature, wind erosion, and rain erosion have been carried out. The results indicate that the PS material can help change the character of the soil and improve the weathering-resistance of ancient earthen structures.
