在刺激经济增长和应对全球竞争的背景下,技术创新网络以一种新的组织形式出现在经济活动中。随着资源在技术创新网络中的频繁流动,各创新主体的资源共享策略将直接影响着创新的成败。针对技术创新网络中资源共享的重要性,本文以演化博弈理论为基础,通过构建技术创新网络跨组织资源共享的鹰鸽博弈模型,分析了技术创新网络中博弈双方资源共享策略的动态演变过程,并结合实证调研数据进行了分析和验证。研究表明,技术创新网络的演化方向与双方的博弈支付矩阵相关,并得出技术创新的预期收益及合作成本是影响技术创新网络组织问资源共享策略的关键因素,由此提出促进跨组织资源共享的相关建议和对策。

In the context of boosting the economic growth and confronting the global competition, as a new organization form, the Technological Innovation Network appears in economic activities. With the resources flowing frequently in the Technological Innovation Network, resource sharing strategies of every innovative subjects will directly determine success or failure of in- novations. In view of the importance of resource sharing in the Technological Innovation Network, based on the Evolutionary Game Theory, the paper constructs the Hawk-Dove game model on the Inter - organizational Resource Sharing of the Tech- nological Innovation Network, and analyzes the dynamic evolutionary process of resource sharing game strategies for both parties in the combination with empirical research data. The results show that the system' s evolutionary direction is closely related to the game payoff matrixes of both parties and the expected return and the cooperative costs of technological innova- tions are the key factors of resources sharing strategies for the Technological Innovation Network.
