通过对“干细胞治疗乱象”的分析，指出科技与伦理已不由自主地纠结在一起，成为“命运共同体”。伦理规范必定既有肯定又有否定，不能只从消极的一面理解伦理的约束作用。要充分发挥科学家在伦理建设中的独特作用，努力实现科技与伦理的平衡。
通過對“榦細胞治療亂象”的分析，指齣科技與倫理已不由自主地糾結在一起，成為“命運共同體”。倫理規範必定既有肯定又有否定，不能隻從消極的一麵理解倫理的約束作用。要充分髮揮科學傢在倫理建設中的獨特作用，努力實現科技與倫理的平衡。

Through the analysis on the chaos of stem cell therapy, this paper points out that tech- nology and ethics have already been intertwined together involuntarily, forming a community of des- tiny. Ethical norms always have affirmatives and negatives, and it is inappropriate to understand the restrained role of ethics only from its negative side. In the process of ethics construction, the unique roles of scientists should be fully played, aiming to achieve a balance between technology and ethics.
