中国进入社会转型期以来，民族关系的发展变化引起社会各界的关注。民族关系的重要性不言而喻，民族关系的真实客观状况是政府部门决策的依据。多年来，学术界努力构建完善的民族关系评价指标体系，取得较为丰硕的学术成果，其主要表现在民族关系评价指标体系的理论基础、基本原则和基本内容三个方面。
中國進入社會轉型期以來，民族關繫的髮展變化引起社會各界的關註。民族關繫的重要性不言而喻，民族關繫的真實客觀狀況是政府部門決策的依據。多年來，學術界努力構建完善的民族關繫評價指標體繫，取得較為豐碩的學術成果，其主要錶現在民族關繫評價指標體繫的理論基礎、基本原則和基本內容三箇方麵。
중국진입사회전형기이래，민족관계적발전변화인기사회각계적관주。민족관계적중요성불언이유，민족관계적진실객관상황시정부부문결책적의거。다년래，학술계노력구건완선적민족관계평개지표체계，취득교위봉석적학술성과，기주요표현재민족관계평개지표체계적이론기출、기본원칙화기본내용삼개방면。
Since China entered the period of social transition, the change of national relation has aroused great concern of the society. The importance of national relation is self-evident and its real objective state forms the basis for management departments of ethnic affairs to make decisions. Through many years＇ effort, fruitful achievements have been made in academic circle to construct a perfect evaluation index system for national relation. This paper intends to make a review on the evaluation index system in three aspects： theoretical basis, basic principles and basic contents.
