在现代化的背景下，中国民族关系在新的时空关系组合中发生了一系列变化，这就要求民族工作必须与时俱进，不断改进和完善民族工作方法和措施，促进民族关系的和谐发展。本文通过对当前德州市回汉民族关系的考察，针对当地回汉民族关系的新变化，前瞻中国民族工作精细化发展趋势。
在現代化的揹景下，中國民族關繫在新的時空關繫組閤中髮生瞭一繫列變化，這就要求民族工作必鬚與時俱進，不斷改進和完善民族工作方法和措施，促進民族關繫的和諧髮展。本文通過對噹前德州市迴漢民族關繫的攷察，針對噹地迴漢民族關繫的新變化，前瞻中國民族工作精細化髮展趨勢。
재현대화적배경하，중국민족관계재신적시공관계조합중발생료일계렬변화，저취요구민족공작필수여시구진，불단개진화완선민족공작방법화조시，촉진민족관계적화해발전。본문통과대당전덕주시회한민족관계적고찰，침대당지회한민족관계적신변화，전첨중국민족공작정세화발전추세。
Under the background of modernization, a series of changes have taken place in China＇s national relation in the integration of time-space relation. This demands us to keep pace with the times in ethnic work, make constant improvement in working methods and promote harmonious development of national relation. This paper intends to make a prediction about the trend of meticulous management in ethnic work in China based on a survey of the new relation between Hui and Han people in Dezhou.
