供应链金融作为金融创新业务在国内外发展迅速，但信用问题影响着其发展与进步。本文通过分析影响供应链金融信用风险的各种因素，并根据3C理论，选择供应链金融的信用风险评价指标，构建供应链金融的信用风险评价体系，同时，运用多级模糊综合评价法，将定性指标与定量指标有机结合起来进行评价。通过对供应链金融中信用风险体系多级指标的分解，设定一套合理的评价指标体系，可以帮助银行降低供应链金融中的信用风险，促进其健康发展。

As a financial innovation and business development, supply chain finance developed rapidly at home and abroad. With the continuous change of the supply chain financial services, credit problems impact on its development and progress. While the domestic banks in this area has just started and are at the exploratory stage. The article analyzes the impact factors of the credit risk in supply chain finance and selects credit risk evaluation index in supply chain finance based on 3C theory, and builds credit risk evaluation in supply chain finance. It also suggests to put to use the multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal and evaluates by organically combining the quality indexes with the quantity indexes. The conclusion is that by the decomposition of the multi-level indicators on the construction of credit risk evaluation system in supply chain finance, it sets a reasonable evaluation index system that can help banks to reduce credit risk in supply chain finance and promote their healthy development.
