This paper analyzed the comparative efficiency of R&D in the network, defined the coefficient of R&D efficiency, set up an efficiency compensation model for the benefitdistribution, and then get the solution of the cooperative game model which met the "Core" condition, while further to the existence of this kind of compensation mechanism based on thebalance theory of cooperative game.
