依据企业转型的不同类型，分析转型企业知识转移过程和影响因素，建立转型企业知识转移概念模式，运用系统动力学的方法建立转型企业知识转移模型，并运用vensim来仿真验证。仿真结果表明：转型企业的初始知识存量对知识转移阈值的早期影响显著；在同样的时间周期内，外生性转型企业的知识转移量大于内生性转型企业的知识转移量。

This paper, according to the different type of business transformation, analyzes the knowledge transfer process of transformation business and impact factors, establishes the concept mode of knowledge transfer of transformation business, and constructes the model of knowledge transfer of transformation business with the method of system dynamics, finally testes the model by the simulation of Vensim. The result shows that the initial knowledge stock of transformation business impacts the threshold of transfer knowledge significantly, and that exogenous transformation business transferred larger amount of knowledge than endogenous transformation business.
