目前,国内外学者基于全球价值链理论,运用理论与实证分析方法,提出了中国出口企业升级的路径。然而,大多数学者忽视了新时期国内、外市场环境的变化,仅着重于对国外市场升级战略的研究。基于资源基础理论(RBV),文章分析了财产性资源构建和知识性资源构建对企业在国内、外市场升级战略的影响,并提出了有关中国出口企业制定国内、外市场升级战略的建议。

At present, based on the global value chain theory, scholars at home and abroad propose the upgrading paths for China's export enterprises by virtue of theoretical and empirical analysis methods. However, most of them focus solely on the studies of upgrading strategies in foreign markets while neglecting changes of domestic and foreign market environments in the new era. In line with the Resource-Based view (RBV) , this paper analyzes influences of the construction of property resources and intellectual resources on the upgrading strategy of Chinese enterprises in domestic and foreign markets, and then puts forward suggestions for China's export enterprises to develop market upgrading strategies home and abroad.
