目前，我国农村劳动力老龄化带来的粮食增产是“结构性”增长，在主粮产量和播种面积不断增加的同时，辅粮却出现了大幅度下降。若把大豆、棉花、食用植物油等农产品的进口量考虑进来，我国的粮食安全形势实在不容乐观。农村劳动力老龄化所创造的粮食丰产很大程度上是源于现代农业发展中资本对土地和劳动的替代，源于不可再生能源对可再生的自然资源的替代。为了跳出农村劳动力老龄化的陷阱，我国应该在财政扶持、品牌培育、人才回流上下功夫，坚持走一条持续健康发展的农业现代化道路。

This paper argues that the increase of grain production along with the aging process of China＇ s rural labor force is a sort of ＂structural＂growth, because when the production of main crops and the area of crop growing increase continuously, the production of supplementary crops decreases drastically. We cannot feel optimistic about China＇ s food secur- ity after we take the quantities of imports of soybean, cotton, edible vegetable oil into consideration. The aging process of rural labor force results from the substitution of land and labor by capital in the development of modern agriculture, as well as from the substitution of renewable natural resources by non-renewable energy sources. In order to jump out of the trap of the aging rural labor force, we should strive for a sustainable and healthy route to agricultural modernization by means of financial support, cultivating famous brands and attracting talented professionals.
