通过对中国企业高管团队人际信任违背影响因素的理论梳理、问卷调查与分析讨论,结果表明:组织、团队和个体层面的各项影响因素均对企业高管团队人际信任违背具有不同程度的影响作用;高管团队人际信任违背的主要影响因素以组织层面因素为主;对三类不同性质的企业,国有企业个体因素的影响作用较大,民营企业组织因素的影响作用较大,合资企业团队因素的影响作用较大。
通過對中國企業高管糰隊人際信任違揹影響因素的理論梳理、問捲調查與分析討論,結果錶明:組織、糰隊和箇體層麵的各項影響因素均對企業高管糰隊人際信任違揹具有不同程度的影響作用;高管糰隊人際信任違揹的主要影響因素以組織層麵因素為主;對三類不同性質的企業,國有企業箇體因素的影響作用較大,民營企業組織因素的影響作用較大,閤資企業糰隊因素的影響作用較大。

From theoretical combing, questionnaire survey, analysis and discussion about the violation of influencing factors of interpersonal trust in enterprise top management team, it is concluded that all the influencing factors of the organization, team and individual layers have influencing factors for the violation of interpersonal trust in the enterprise top management team to a varying degree, and the factor for the organizational layer plays a major role in the principal influencing factors of the violation of the interpersonal trust in the enterprise top management team. With three types of enterprises, the individual factor of the state - owned enterprises plays a greater role in the influencing effect; the organizational factor of the non - governmental enterprise plays a greater role in the influencing effect ; the team factor of the joint-venture plays a greater role in the influencing effect.
