以系统论为基础设计科学合理的医疗机构医疗纠纷预警系统，研究了系统论思想在医疗纠纷预警管理中的发展和应用，提出运用系统论构建医疗机构医疗纠纷预警系统的基本原则，阐述其应具备的结构和功能；设计了医疗机构医疗纠纷预警系统的系统功能和指标体系，医疗纠纷预警机制监控无信息死角，管理成本低廉；基于系统论的医疗纠纷预警系统能够发挥更大的纠纷防范作用，提高医院管理的整体效能。

This paper proposes that a scientific and reasonable medical dispute early-warning system should be designed based on the theory of systematology. After a study on the development and application of systematology in the early-warning management of medical disputes, the author of this paper presents the basic principle of how the medical dispute early-warning system can be constructed in medical institutions, its structure, and its function. The author has also designed the network function and index system of the medical dispute early-warning system in order to make sure that there is no dead zone for the monitor of the medical dispute early-warning system and the cost is low. The systematology-based medical dispute early-warning system can play a great role in the prevention of disputes, enhancing the overall effectiveness of hospital management.
