The education of psychological health is the basis of ideological and political education,while ideological and political education is the prerequisite for the development of healthy psychology.Therefore,measures and methods like reading-centered psychotherapy,psychological guidance with the help of acquaintances which are popularly adopted in the education of psychological health can also be effectively employed in ideological and political education to achieve better results.
