With the background of globalization, China＇ s economic, cultural and educational internationalization be- come more obvious with important meaning. China, as a country with multi-ethnic groups, the inherit of ethnic languages with their own cultures and civilizations, the continuation of the native language narrations, the maintenance of the ethnic cultural specialties, and the continuous development of cultural ecology with multiplicity and multisource, has to take these into consideration for the further development.
