Based on the public goods characteristic of industrial generic technology, the government should play a positive role in promoting the development of industrial generic technology. In order to upgrade traditional industrial structure and the construction of innovative country, our country should strengthen the top-level design and generic technology innovation development strategy planning industry; perfect the construction of generic technology platform for industry, optimization of generic technology diffusion mechanism; construct technical and economic policy, development, diffusion and application support of industrial generic technology.
