海军是以舰艇部队为主体，在海上作战和执行其他任务的战略军种，价值观培育与其他军种相比具有自身的特点。培育具有海军特色的当代革命军人核心价值观要做到“四个着力”：着力在特色教育中筑牢基础；着力在信息化军事训练中培养塑造；着力在完成多样化军事任务中激发升华；着力在“蓝色”文化环境中熏陶渗透。
海軍是以艦艇部隊為主體，在海上作戰和執行其他任務的戰略軍種，價值觀培育與其他軍種相比具有自身的特點。培育具有海軍特色的噹代革命軍人覈心價值觀要做到“四箇著力”：著力在特色教育中築牢基礎；著力在信息化軍事訓練中培養塑造；著力在完成多樣化軍事任務中激髮升華；著力在“藍色”文化環境中熏陶滲透。
해군시이함정부대위주체，재해상작전화집행기타임무적전략군충，개치관배육여기타군충상비구유자신적특점。배육구유해군특색적당대혁명군인핵심개치관요주도“사개착력”：착력재특색교육중축뢰기출；착력재신식화군사훈련중배양소조；착력재완성다양화군사임무중격발승화；착력재“람색”문화배경중훈도삼투。
The navy, with warship troops as its main parts, is a strategic service which fights on the sea and executes other tasks. Compared with other services, the navy has its own characters on cultivation of values. To cultivate the core values of the PLA today which has characteristics of China Navy, ＂four endeavors＂ will be employed： endeavor ing to construct a solid foundation in special education; endeavoring to train and shape in military training under conditions of informationization; endeavoring to stimulate and sublimate in various military tasks; endeavoring to edify and penetrate in the environment of ＂blue＂ culture.
