首都经济圈覆盖京津冀晋蒙五省市区，横跨我国东中西三个地区，产业结构各具特色，产品供求结构互不相同，资源禀赋各有所长，经济互补性较强，彼此之间相互支持作用较大，在促进我国区域经济发展中起着重要的作用。山西省在首都经济圈中具有一定的资源和产业优势，但是一个“经济小省”。山西省要通过建立首都经济圈沟通协商机制，以“走出去”和“请进来”等途径搭建首都经济圈经贸互动平台，进一步推进首都经济圈的合作，促进山西转型跨越发展。
수도경제권복개경진기진몽오성시구，횡과아국동중서삼개지구，산업결구각구특색，산품공구결구호불상동，자원품부각유소장，경제호보성교강，피차지간상호지지작용교대，재촉진아국구역경제발전중기착중요적작용。산서성재수도경제권중구유일정적자원화산업우세，단시일개“경제소성”。산서성요통과건립수도경제권구통협상궤제，이“주출거”화“청진래”등도경탑건수도경제권경무호동평태，진일보추진수도경제권적합작，촉진산서전형과월발전。
The Capital Economic Circle includes Beijing Municipality, Tianjin Municipality, Hebei Province, Shanxi Province and Inner Mongolia autonomous region, covering eastern, middle and western regions. It plays an important role in development of regional economy in China because the industrial structure, the supply and demand of products and the resources are different from each other in the circle. Shanxi Province has its own relative advan- tages in resources and industries, but it is backward in the circle. Shanxi Province should set up negotiation and cooperation mechanism, build up the platform for economic and trade interaction and deepen the cooperation among the members in the circle, by which Shanxi Province can promote its transformation and leap - forward develop- ment.
