云南农业大学烟草学院2010级烟草班党支部把拓展学生综合素养、培养创新能力的第二课堂与建设学习型党支部、创先争优活动有效结合,探索了在学习实践中增强学生党员党性和综合素养的新路子。设立学习科研小组、演讲辩论小组、社会实践小组、结对帮学小组、烟草讲坛等实训平台,拓宽和延展了第二课堂的育人范围和育人途径,有效发挥了第二课堂的育人功能。

The party organization in the School of Tobacco, Yunnan Agricultural University combines developing students comprehensive abilities and cultivating innovative abilities with the constructing of learning-oriented party organization, which explores the new way to strengthen students＇ communist awareness in learning practice. The establishment of scientific research group, speech and debate group, social practice group, mutual learning group, and tobacco forum has greatly broadened and widened the ways of cultivation in second classrooms, fully displaying the function of cultivation of second classrooms.
