反向抵押贷款的提出给我国的养老保障机制提供了新的思路，在这一新型贷款的运作中，价格制定是个关键环节。文章简要分析了反向抵押贷款定价的主要影响因素，重点对定价进行了实证分析。实证分析中除计算反向抵押贷款产品的价格外，还对几个主要影响因素的敏感性作了一定分析，最后根据实证结果提出几点相应建议，希望能对我国反向抵押贷款的开办起到某些参考作用。

The putting forward of reverse mortgage has provided new directions of development of Chi- na＇s pension mechanism, while the determination of price is a key link in the operation of this new type of loan. This paper provides an analysis of the major influencing factors on the pricing of reverse mortgage, laying an emphasis on giving an empirical analysis of pricing. Apart from the calculation of the price of the reverse mortgage product, the empirical analysis also presents some analysis of the sensitivity of several major influencing factors. Then corresponding to the results of the empirical analysis, a couple of sugges- tions concerning the future operation of reverse mortgage in China are proposed to be breferred to.
