北宋禁军军队编制自前期至中后期经历了由营兵到队兵的转化，本文分析其演变轨迹、原因及造成的影响。以考察禁军军营设置的变化为主线，辅之以了解北宋军制的相关规定，可以看出北宋军事编制变革的必然性。将新旧两种军队编制作一对比，则可以看出新编制是对旧兵制的一种扬弃，有其进步意义，并对中国古代军事发展有一定的影响。

From the initial stage ＇to the later stage, the organization on central undergone a reformation between company and barracks, so the paper attempts army of Northern Song Dynasty had to outline the process of the transfor- mation and explore both the cause and influence. Taking the installment of the groop barracks as main clue, the syetem related to military affairs of Northern Song Dynasty being as auxiliary clue, there ia a deduction that the cen- tral army organization could not help but reform. Next, a comparison between the former organization and the later and the new organization can be seen as an innovation on the basis of the older. Furthermore, this reformation has brought about important influence on the progression of military affairs of the ancient China.
