城乡差距过大、农民消费力弱是当前农村最显著的问题所在,也是我国经济发展过程中不可逾越的屏障,而农业现代化的提出是我国积极寻求解决＂三农＂问题的主要政策。采用面板数据模型,兼顾样本数据的地区特点和时间效应,通过对处于经济上游的华东地区五省一市的农民收入结构进行面板数据分析,估算出不同地域农民各种收入对农民消费支出的影响程度,挖掘提高农民消费的主要渠道,并强调农民消费的提高对我国经济结构转型和未来经济发展具有重要的意义。
