Zhou Bida is a well-known statesman,thinker and scholar.He had explicated many views on the state＇s reviving when he assisted the government of the Southern Song＇s Gao Zong,Xiao Zong,Guang Zong and Ning Zong.Zhou Bida＇s thought of reviving has two sides：one is learning from the ancestor,and the other is self-development.He expected the emperors to learn the strategy of ruling the country from the ancestors;meanwhile he suggested the emperors promote the country＇s strength in order to achieve reviving.Zhou Bida＇s thought of reviving which went through summarizing history and grasping the situation is a good policy;it will benefit for nowadays national reviving.
