本文基于对15户北京城市贫困老年人的深度访谈，呈现了政府对城市贫困老年人的政策支持，以及老年人对政策支持的了解和感受。研究发现，社会救助和老年福利政策的建立和完善对贫困老年人的生活起到了基础性支持作用，受访者对政策评价较高，但政策宣传不到位制约了贫困老年人获取政策支持的及时性，医疗保障政策与现实需求的差距也使他们面临巨大的生活压力。为此，笔者提出了针对性的建议。

This study gives a comprehensive description of policy support on poor elderly and their feelings, which based on depth interview with 15 poor elderly families in urban Beijing. Study shows that social support from policy system plays a fundamental role on their life and they are satisfied with current policy support. However, there are some problems in policy propaganda which restrict the timeliness of policy support, and the gap between demands and health policy gives more pressure on poor old people＇s life. Some specific recommendations are made to promote life quality and satisfaction of poor elderly.
