中国发展绿色经济新探索．既是一个理论探索的课题，更是一个必须付诸实践的行动。本文首先对这一探索的当代国际背景和中国既有探索进行了简要分析和概括，指出当今世界发展绿色经济的全球趋势规定了中国发展绿色经济的必然性，中国发展绿色经济的既有探索既为未来中国发展绿色经济新探索奠定了一定的基础也积累了丰富的经验。进而分析了当今中国发展绿色经济新探索的主客观条件。认为：客观条件是当代中国转变经济发展方式的基本国情。主观条件是未来中国的发展战略及其决策仍然要坚持“党的基本路线”。最后构建了中国发展绿色经济新探索的总体思路。这一总体思路是基于对自然圈、生物圈、经济圈和社会圈所构成的客观运行并自我控制的庞大系统的分析。并且指出经济发展本来就是在这一庞大系统中运行的，与之相应，经济发展方式应当适应而不应当违背这一庞大系统．可以概括为：基于自然圈、生物圈、经济圈和社会圈各自和彼此之间的平衡和循环。从传统经济发展方式转型为现代经济发展方式．最终走向绿色经济形态。

The new exploration of developing green economy in China is a theoretical subject, moreover, a practical action. Firstly, the paper briefly analyzed and summarized the contemporary international background and achievements of the exploration, and pointed out that today＇ s global trends of the world in the development of green economy provides the inevitability of the Chinese development of green economy. The early exploration of the development of green economy not only laid the foundation for the future China＇ s green economic exploration but also accumulated wealthy experience for it. It also analyzed the subjective and objective conditions on current China＇s development of green economy. In the author＇s opinion, the objective condition is the basic national conditions of contemporary China to change the mode of economic developmen; the subjective condition is the future development strategy and decision-making in China still insisting on ＇ the party＇ s basic line＇. Finally, it constructed the general idea about the new exploration of developing green economy in China. The general idea is based on the analysis of the huge system consisting of natural, biological, economic and social circles and pointed out that economic development has always been run in this huge system. Correspondingly, the mode of economic development should not be contrary to the massive system. In short, the general idea of the new exploration of the development of green economy can be summarized as follows： keeping the balance between nature, biosphere, economy and society, transiting from the traditional mode of economic development to the modem mode of economic development, and ultimately achieving green economic.
