城市可持续发展战略提升了城市经济、文化和文明进步的进程，同时，社区、交通、城市空间和新生活方式等开发过程中不和谐问题日益暴露出来。本文在界定城市和谐概念基础上，通过文献回顾挖掘出社区和谐与城市宜居两个隐性因子、其分属的三个和五个二级隐性解释因子以及39个研究变量之显性解释因子，进而提出居民感知的城市和谐模型并运用结构方程方法进行了探索性研究。基于天津市实证调查的384个有效样本，分析了城市和谐模型及影响因素重要性。结果表明：城市居民感知的社区和谐与城市宜居都对城市和谐产生了显著的正相关影响；八个二级相关因子分别对社区和谐与城市宜居产生了相关影响；社区服务在社区和谐因子中占有首要地位，城市宜居的高效交通和城市密度影响因子得到城市居民优先关注。探索城市居民对现代城市和谐因素感知并分析和谐因素相关性和影响情境，对促进城市可持续发展、推进社会主义和谐社会建设、提高社会福利具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。

With economic, cultural and civilized promotion of urban sustainable development strategy, unharmonious issues in community, public transit, urban space, and new lifestyle and so on, are being exposed. In this paper, based on urban harmony delineation and literature review, the paper dug out two implicit explanation factors including community harmony and urban livability, three and five second-level factors, and explicit explanation factors of 39 variables or questionnaire items and utilized structural equation methodology and model of urban resident perceptive harmony. As well as, based on 384 sampling in Tianjin, the urban harmonious model was constructed and significances of harmonious factors were analyzed. The results show that 1 ） community harmony and urban livability had a significantly positive relation with urban harmony; 2） 8 second-level factors are positive relation with their paternal factors; 3） In community harmony aspect, community service was more significant; 4 ） traffic efficiency and urban density had perceptive priority for urban inability. Exploring resident perception of modem urban harmonious factors, analyzing the correlations between factors, and probing influenced context of urban harmony, had some referential significances for developing sustainable cities, promoting socialist harmony and improving social welfare.
