为了合理测算省级农村居民点整治潜力，提出了一种在协同视角下，把农村居民点整治项目和农用地整治项目相结合的测算方法。以湖北省为例，计算其农村居民点整治的现实潜力。测算结果明显小于传统人均建设用地标准法测算结果，并能充分体现农村居民点斑块规模、地形等重要因素对农村居民点整治的影响，说明该方法具有合理性。研究认为运用该方法能充分运用图件等精确资料，测算结果更贴近实际，在省级及以上区域尺度简便易操作，因此具有较好的可行性。

In order to obtain a reasonable estimation of the provincial consolidation potential in rural residential areas, this paper introduces a method of combining rural residential consolidation project with agricultural land consolidation project from the perspective of synergy and then calculates the realistic potential of rural residential consolidation, with Hubei Province as a case. Compared with the traditional method of per capita constructive land standard, the calculated potential is small and can fully embody the influence of plaques scale and terrain of rural residential areas, proving the reasonableness of the new method. The paper maintains that the new method can make full use of the maps and other accurate data, and the calculation is closer to the reality. As it is easy to operate in the provincial and regional scale, the new model is feasible and promising.
