随着世界经济重心逐步从大西洋两岸向亚太地区转移，东北亚地区的重要性逐渐凸显，俄罗斯远东地区正在成为东北亚地区新的经济增长点。国务院批复的《中国东北地区面向东北亚区域开放规划纲要（2012—2020年）》，体现了国家加快东北地区发展的战略决策。新形势下东北四省区对俄远东农业合作与经贸，应建立健全中俄毗邻地区政府、民间多层次合作机制。中俄经济贸易信息网络及东北亚国际物流通道等，以促进我国东北地区经济发展。

수착세계경제중심축보종대서양량안향아태지구전이，동북아지구적중요성축점철현，아라사원동지구정재성위동북아지구신적경제증장점。국무원비복적《중국동북지구면향동북아구역개방규화강요（2012—2020년）》，체현료국가가쾌동북지구발전적전략결책。신형세하동북사성구대아원동농업합작여경무，응건립건전중아비린지구정부、민간다층차합작궤제。중아경제무역신식망락급동북아국제물류통도등，이촉진아국동북지구경제발전。
With the trend of world economic center of gravity from the Atlantic region transferring to the Asia-pacific region being more and more obvious, the importance of Northeast Asia is gradually highlighting. The Russian far east region is becoming a new economic growth point of northeast Asia region. At the same time the state council has ratified the Northeast China facing to northeast Asia regional open planning outline（2012-2020）. The country has made strategy decision of speeding up the opening of China northeast and cooperation with the northeast Asia region and implementing the ＂going out＂ strategy. This paper put forward countermeasures of the agricultural cooperation and economic trade between four northeastern provinces in China and the Russian far east in the new situation.
