黄河流域水质监测是流域水资源保护一项重要的基础性工作。以流域机构与省（区）地方政府共建共管实验室的合作方式，可以解决黄河流域水质监测中存在的人员、能力不足等现实难题，同时也有助于克服流域现行管理体制下水质监测工作的短板，凭借流域与省（区）之间的功能互补，最大限度地提高水质监测的覆盖面，为水资源保护和生态文明建设提供有力的技术支撑。
黃河流域水質鑑測是流域水資源保護一項重要的基礎性工作。以流域機構與省（區）地方政府共建共管實驗室的閤作方式，可以解決黃河流域水質鑑測中存在的人員、能力不足等現實難題，同時也有助于剋服流域現行管理體製下水質鑑測工作的短闆，憑藉流域與省（區）之間的功能互補，最大限度地提高水質鑑測的覆蓋麵，為水資源保護和生態文明建設提供有力的技術支撐。
황하류역수질감측시류역수자원보호일항중요적기출성공작。이류역궤구여성（구）지방정부공건공관실험실적합작방식，가이해결황하류역수질감측중존재적인원、능력불족등현실난제，동시야유조우극복류역현행관리체제하수질감측공작적단판，빙차류역여성（구）지간적공능호보，최대한도지제고수질감측적복개면，위수자원보호화생태문명건설제공유력적기술지탱。
The water quality monitoring of the Yellow River Basin is an important basic job in water resources protection. Cooperation in building a condominium laboratory involving the participating of the agencies and regional （provincial） government in the basin can solve the practical problems such as a shortage of capacity and staff who monitor the water quality in the Yellow River Basin, which helps to overcome the shortcomings of the water quality monitoring under the current management system. With functional complementation between provinces （regions） in the basin, the coverage of water quality monitoring can be maximized so as to provide strong technical support for the government in implementing the most stringent water management system in the new situation as well as for the protection of water resources and the construction of ecological civilization.
