US is the most developed country of risk capital in the world .US became the most creative country in the world because of the catalysis action of risk capital. Under the background of national strategy of cultivation and development of strategic new industry, it was urgent to lead the risk capital investment in China to the early stage of venture enterprises. The experiences of US shew that the risk investors should learn lasting a long time, and the steady development of venture investment should phase match with investment capacity of risk investors group.
