当代农民维权行动具有强烈的工具理性特征。以工具理性为主导的农民维权行动虽能在特定个案中发挥作用,但其隐含的压制性逻辑却会对社会和谐产生负面影响,难以产生普适性的问题解决规则,难以摆脱工具理性自我否定的内在困境。交往理性是超越工具理性,并使农民维权行动获得理性化发展的基础。
噹代農民維權行動具有彊烈的工具理性特徵。以工具理性為主導的農民維權行動雖能在特定箇案中髮揮作用,但其隱含的壓製性邏輯卻會對社會和諧產生負麵影響,難以產生普適性的問題解決規則,難以襬脫工具理性自我否定的內在睏境。交往理性是超越工具理性,併使農民維權行動穫得理性化髮展的基礎。

The present day farmers＇ assertion of rights features instrumental rationality.Although such actions may play a role in certain cases,the oppressive logic implied in them may affect social harmony and thus give rise to no universal rules for solving problems,and be impossible to get out of the self-denial dilemma of instrumental rationality.Communicative rationality is beyond instrumental rationality,and can be the foundation of the rationalization of farmers＇ assertion of rights.
