采用分光光度法测定了总黄酮含量,以总黄酮提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法。考察了微波功率、微波时间、乙醇浓度、料液比等因素对总黄酮提取率的影响.研究得出微波辅助提取溪黄草中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件是:微波功率为中火,微波时间为4min,乙醇浓度为70%,料液比为1:20.经试验验证,在此最佳条件下.溪黄草中总黄酮的提取率为1.15%.

This paper is to determine the optimum conditions for microwave assisted extraction of total flavones from Rabdosia serra (Maxim) Hara. The total flavones content was determined by visible spectrophotometry method, Based on the single factor experiment, the effects of microwave power, microwave treatment time, solvent concentration and the ratio of material to liquid on total flavones extraction efficiency were investigated further by orthogonal tests. The result showed the optimum technology conditions for extracting total flavones from Rabdosia serra (Maxim) Hara by microwave-assisted method were as follows: microwave power of middle fire, microwave treatment time 4 min, ethanol concentration 70%, ratio of material to liquid 1:20. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavones from Rabdosia serra (Maxim) Hara is 1.15%.
