以芹菜根尖为材料,采用常规压片法制备染色体玻片标本,并对其进行染色体核型分析.结果表明,芹菜染色体数目为2n=22,核型公式为K(2n)=2x=2m+18st+2t,核型不对称系数为81.87%,核型类型为3A型.

The root-tips ofApium graveolens L.is selected as the materials in this study. The conventional crushing method was used to prepare the slice specimens of chromosomes and its karyotype is analyzed.The results show that the chromosome numbers of Apium graveolens L.is 2n =22, karyotype formula is K (2n) = 2x = 2m+18st+ 2t ,and its asymmetrical karyotype coefficient is 81.87%, The chromosome karyotype of Apium graveolens L. is Type 3A.
