目的:探讨不同大肌肉动作发展水平低龄学童的体质指数、行为表现及认知功能特点。方法:采用大肌肉动作发展测验(TGMD-2)将852名6~9岁学生划分为大肌肉动作发展较好组、一般组和较差组,测量儿童的身高和体重计算体质指数,采用Conner儿童行为量表(家长问卷)、瑞文标准推理测验和数字划消测验评价儿童的行为和认知功能。比较不同年龄段三组儿童体质、行为和认知特点。结果:1)各年龄段三组儿童的体质指数均无显著性差异;9岁组儿童大肌肉动作发展水平越高,躯体、多动、焦虑和多动指数等因子分越低,高智力等级所占比例越高。2)各年龄段三组男生的体质指数、智力等级分布、数字划消测验的总分和错误率均无显著性差异,但大肌肉动作发展水平越高,多动和焦虑因子分越低。3)各年龄段三组女生的体质指数均无显著性差异,但9岁组女生大肌肉动作发展水平越好,高智力等级所占比例越高。结论:低龄学童大肌肉动作发展与其体质指数无关,而与其行为和认知发展水平相一致,年龄越大这一特点越显著;男童大肌肉动作发展与其行为表现、女童大肌肉动作发展与认知水平关系更加密切。

목적:탐토불동대기육동작발전수평저령학동적체질지수、행위표현급인지공능특점。방법:채용대기육동작발전측험(TGMD-2)장852명6~9세학생화분위대기육동작발전교호조、일반조화교차조,측량인동적신고화체중계산체질지수,채용Conner인동행위량표(가장문권)、서문표준추리측험화수자화소측험평개인동적행위화인지공능。비교불동년령단삼조인동체질、행위화인지특점。결과:1)각년령단삼조인동적체질지수균무현저성차이;9세조인동대기육동작발전수평월고,구체、다동、초필화다동지수등인자분월저,고지력등급소점비례월고。2)각년령단삼조남생적체질지수、지력등급분포、수자화소측험적총분화착오솔균무현저성차이,단대기육동작발전수평월고,다동화초필인자분월저。3)각년령단삼조녀생적체질지수균무현저성차이,단9세조녀생대기육동작발전수평월호,고지력등급소점비례월고。결론:저령학동대기육동작발전여기체질지수무관,이여기행위화인지발전수평상일치,년령월대저일특점월현저;남동대기육동작발전여기행위표현、녀동대기육동작발전여인지수평관계경가밀절。
Objective:To investigate the physical,behavioral and cognitive features on children with different gross motor development levels.Method: 852 6~9-year-old normal developed children were divided into good,average and poor groups according to their gross motor development levels by the Test of Gross Motor Development(TGMD-2).The subject’s BMI,behavior and cognitive development also were evaluated.Result: There was no significant difference of BMI,the total scores and error rates of the number cancellation test among the children with different gross motor development levels.It was found that the higher the gross motor development level was,the lower the most of factor scores of Conner Child Behavior Checklist became and the more the high intelligence class proportion in children of 9-year-old.Moreover,the higher the gross motor development level was,the lower some of factor scores of Conner Child Behavior Checklist became significantly in boys of 9-year-old,and the higher the gross motor development level was,the more the high intelligence class proportion increased significantly in girls of 9-year-old.Conclusion: The young Children’s gross motor development was consistent with their behavioral and cognitive function levels,while it has no relationship with their BMI.There were closer relationships between boys’ gross motor development and their behavior performance,as well as girls’ gross motor development and their cognitive levels.
