高校信息技术应用的成本一效益评估理论研究相对滞后于其实践,一直没有一个将成本与效益两方面集成在一起的评估模型为高校提供决策依据。针对这一问题,文章建构了高校信息技术应用的成本一效益评估模型,并从务实角度提出具有操作性的应用步骤,期望帮助高校做出正确的投资决策,推动教育信息化进程的不断深入。

Over the last decade, universities have invested significant capital into information technology. All stakeholders concern about the effectiveness of IT. However, the theoretical study of cost-benefit appraisal with IT in education lags behind its practical application. There has no an integrated cost-benefit model for university administrators to provide a basis for IT investment decision making. To address this issue, this paper proposes a cost-benefit appraisal model for IT application in higher education, and also presents practical application steps. We look forward to helping universities to make the right IT investment decisions, and to promoting the deepening of the process of educational informationization.
