道德自我是近年来道德心理学研究的一个焦点问题。个体的不道德行为会对其道德自我意象构成威胁，这种情形即为道德自我受胁。处于道德自我受胁的个体，通常会采取各种方式缓解或消除受胁状态。道德自我受胁的启动范式有四种：行为回忆启动范式、行为想象启动范式、词语启动范式和短文启动范式。道德自我受胁后个体可能采用的应对机制：有认知途径（道德推脱）、行为途径（道德补偿、清洁行为、受苦和忏悔）以及最近提出的距离应对。将来，道德自我受胁的研究应当注意启动范式的实验效度，可以考察应对机制的适用条件、道德自我的文化差异等问题。

Moral self has received much attention in moral psychological research recently. Individual un- ethical behavior will pose a threat to moral self image, which is called moral self threats. Individuals under such threats are likely to adopt various ways to release or eliminate the threats. There are four ways to start moral self threats： behavioral memory approach, behavioral imagination approach, word approach and text approach. The coping mechanisms which are llkely to be adopted by individuals are as follows： cognitive approach （moral disengagement）, behavioral approach （moral compensation, cleaning, suffering from pain and confession）, and distancing mechanism which is put forward recently. In the future, re- search into moral self threats should focus on the validity of starting approaches, conditions for coping mechanisms and cultural differences between moral selves.
