针对高层住宅平面形体设计中缺少绿色设计的问题，从建筑节地、节能、节材、通风和功能实用等角度出发，选取不同形状的建筑平面，应用软件模拟、对比计算、问卷调查等方法，分析了不同建筑平面形体的特点。计算了各形体综合优越指数并按此进行图形叠加，得出比较合理的住宅平面形体理想模型，据此提出了符合绿色建筑标准的住宅设计思路和方案评判方法。
針對高層住宅平麵形體設計中缺少綠色設計的問題，從建築節地、節能、節材、通風和功能實用等角度齣髮，選取不同形狀的建築平麵，應用軟件模擬、對比計算、問捲調查等方法，分析瞭不同建築平麵形體的特點。計算瞭各形體綜閤優越指數併按此進行圖形疊加，得齣比較閤理的住宅平麵形體理想模型，據此提齣瞭符閤綠色建築標準的住宅設計思路和方案評判方法。
침대고층주택평면형체설계중결소록색설계적문제，종건축절지、절능、절재、통풍화공능실용등각도출발，선취불동형상적건축평면，응용연건모의、대비계산、문권조사등방법，분석료불동건축평면형체적특점。계산료각형체종합우월지수병안차진행도형첩가，득출비교합리적주택평면형체이상모형，거차제출료부합록색건축표준적주택설계사로화방안평판방법。
In view of the insufficient green building a- nalysis in the design of high - rise residential building and the difficulty to upgrade a preliminary design, this article presents a judgment tool and basic idea for the design to comply with the standard of green - building plan. Based on the practical requirement of economic land usage, energy saving, material cost efficiency and fresh air support, the article selects different typical shape of building frame designs for comparison. With software system simulation, overlapping calculation, sample questionnaire, this article lists out the difference of superiority index and major characters of each frame. By graphic overlay with sequence of superiority index, the article generates a reasonable model of residential frame design.
