农户生物资产抵押融资是一种新型融资方式，将生物资产引入农户抵押融资范畴，可以有效拓宽农户的融资渠道。针对“银行＋保险＋企业”、“银行＋第三方担保＋企业”、“银行＋企业＋农户”、浮动抵押四种典型的农户生物资产抵押融资运行模式，指出目前农户生物资产抵押融资尚存在政策法规不健全、金融机构创新不足、风险保障机制以及相关服务体系不完善等问题，并据此提出相应对策建议。

Farmers＇ biological assets mortgage financing is new financing way; introducing biological as- sets into the scope of farmers＇ mortgage financing, can broaden the farmers＇ financing channels efficient- ly. The article based on other relevant ones, analyzes the characteristics of biological assets and some rel- evant laws, in order to provide support to the feasibility of farmers＇ biological assets mortgage financing in theories, policies and laws. It also dissects content, advantages and disadvantages of four farmers＇ bi- ological assets mortgage financing operational modes, and provides support to its exploring. It analyzes the problems of biological assets mortgage financing, and suggests some countermeasures to promote rapid development of farmers＇ biological asset mortgage financing.
